What's the Best Way to Get Here?
Parking is quite limited, so we recommend coming by carpool or taking public transportation.
On the sale days there is a limited number of handicap parking spaces available and there is ramp access at both
entrances of the warehouse.
The Fruitvale BART Station is Just a Few Blocks Away!
During the Preview Sale and the March Sale weekend, a shuttle runs between the BART station and the warehouse
beginning one hour prior to the sale times until one hour after the sale times. Please check the parking policies for the various BART stations because several stations have parking fees.

Driving Directions Click for Map
From the North:
- Drive south on 880
- Take the Fruitvale Exit
- Make an immediate right onto Derby Street
- Follow Derby Street to the Estuary
- The warehouse is on your left as you approach the Estuary
From the South:
- Drive north on 880
- Take the 29th Street Exit
- Make a hard right onto the frontage road
- Follow the signs to Fruitvale Avenue
- Take a right onto Fruitvale and go under the freeway
- Take a right 7th Street to Lancaster Street
- Take a left on Lancaster Street
