General Information
If you wish to donate items for the White Elephant Sale, please call (510) 839-5919 and leave a message. The dispatcher will have current information about the items we can accept and will arrange for the pickup of your donation.
Please note that tax laws have changed. Before making a donation, be sure to take photos and consult your tax advisor about the need for appraisals.
Please do not donate damaged, torn, dirty/stained or unworkable items. Vintage clothing is an exception. We accept vintage clothing in any condition!
Van Pickup Information
We encourage you to use the WES van for your donations. This fall we have fewer drop-off dates, so we hope that you will schedule the van to pick up all of your donations.
Remember to call well in advance.

2010 Drop-Off Dates
Drop-off times are 10 am - 2 pm at the Derby Street entrance.
Drop-off days are the following Tuesdays - Saturdays, except where noted:
- January 5 - 9
- January 12 - 16
- January 19- 23
- February 3 - 6 (Wednesday - Saturday)
- February 9 - 13
- February 16 - 20
- February 23- 27
We are closed the week of January 26 to prepare for the Preview Sale, which is to be held on January 31, 2010.
Please note that we are not open for donations on any Sunday or Monday.
