Please DO NOT donate damaged, torn, dirty/stained or unworkable items.

***Vintage clothing is an exception. We accept vintage clothing in any condition!

Van Pickup Information
We encourage you to use the WES Van for your donations. This Fall we will have fewer Drop Off dates, so we hope that you will schedule the Van to pick up all of your donations.

If you wish to donate items for the White Elephant Sale, please call (510) 839-5919 and leave a message. The dispatcher will have current information about the items we can accept and will arrange for the pickup of your donation.

Remember to call well in advance.

Please drop off your donations on the following Saturdays from 10:30 AM - 1 PM:

• Saturday, September 19th
• Saturday, October 10th
• Saturday, November 7th
• Saturday, December 19th

2010 Drop Off Dates

PLEASE NOTE that we are not open for donations on any MONDAYS or SUNDAYS.

Drop off times are 10AM - 2PM at the Derby Street entrance

• Tuesday         January 5th     -     Saturday     January 9th
• Tuesday         January 12th    -    Saturday     January 16th
• Tuesday         January 19th    -    Saturday     January 23rd
• Closed the week of January 26th to prepare for the Preview Sale to be held Jan. 31st.
