• What is the location of the warehouse?
  The Preview Sale and the March Sale are held at 333 Lancaster Street, Oakland, CA.

• Are animals allowed into the building?
  No animals allowed with the exception of service animals.
  
  
• Are strollers, shopping carts, backpacks or large bags allowed in the warehouse?
  They are NOT allowed in the warehouse during the Preview Sale or March Sale weekends, however we provide a secure location to check them in when you enter the warehouse. You may reclaim those items when you leave the warehouse.
  
  
• Is there a secure place to leave my purchases as I continue to shop?
  During the Preview Sale and March Sale weekends, a section of the warehouse on the Derby Street side is designated as the CHECK STAND. This is a secure area where you can leave your purchased items while you continue to shop.
  
  
• What forms of payment are accepted for purchases?
  We accept cash, checks with identification, debit and credit cards for payment of purchases.
  
  
• May I have food and drinks in the warehouse?
  No, food and drinks are NOT allowed in the warehouse.
  
  
• Is there a bus from BART to the warehouse during the sale days?
  Free shuttle bus service for the Preview Sale Day and for the March Sale weekend is available from the Fruitvale BART station to the warehouse beginning one hour prior to the sale times.
  
  
• Is there a charge for parking at the Fruitvale BART Station?
  Yes, there is a small fee for parking at the Fruitvale Bart station parking lot.
